With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carmen Marquez in Madera, California, born in Westminster, California, who passed away on September 11, 2021 at the age of 97. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Carmen Marquez to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband Gilbert Marquez; her parents, Antonio Hernandez and Maria Hernandez; her siblings, Lencho, Tony, Manuel and Lupe Gutierez; her son-in-law Wayman Milam; and her granddaughter Saryn Milam.
She is survived by: her children, Sallyann (Bruce Lopez) of Phoenix, AZ, David Marquez (Barbara) of Clovis, CA and Michael "Mickey" Marquez (Colleen) of Carmel Valley, CA; her siblings, Ray Hernandez (Sharon) of Otis, OR, Lucy Infante of Hayward, CA, Dolores Hernandez of Madera, CA, Mary Joyner of Fresno, CA and Louise Holland of Vacaville, CA; her close friend Brownie; and also, Carmen Lopez and Janet Rico. She is also survived by 12 Grandchildren, 19 Great grandchildren.
She also survived a heart attack in 2012 and COVID 19 in November of 2020.
