She was predeceased by: her parents, William Gaines and Eva Marie Gaines; her son Robert; and her sister Gloria. She is survived by: her husband Bob Mahon; her daughters, Ruth Ann (Doug), Patricia (Tricia) and Susan (Susie); her great grandchildren, Smith, Finley and Reese; her grandchildren, Kelsey (Alec), Phillip, Jackson, Sydney, Leo, Shelbey (Nick) and Codee (Marie); and her brother William. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, friends, and co-workers.
In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made in Billie's name to Hinds Hospice or Valley Children's Hospital.
