She was predeceased by: her former husbands, Chipman and Jimmy Flores; her son James Chipman; her parents, Elvie McDaniel and Jennie McDaniel; her grandson Gene Morley; her great grandchild Dillion Massey; and her siblings, Sam, James McDaniel, Thelma Devour and Shirley Ramirez.

She is survived by: her husband Richard Lowery; her children, Vicky Gilliam of Chowchilla and Tonitte Wilson (Terry Wilson) of Merced; and her siblings, Larry McDaniel of Blytheville, Rich McDaniel of Prairie Grove, Ruth Langley-Lee of Cleveland and Donna Allen of Blytheville, Arkansas.. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren.
