He was predeceased by: his parents, Eusebia Contreras Velasquez and John Warburton (S. J.); his wife Lupie Lopez; his siblings, Fortunato, Jess, Henry (Manuel), Teresa Martinez, Aurelia Williams (Rae), Vera Gamboa and Alice Teran; and his grandson Robert Lopez Jr..
He is survived by: his children, Robert (Rose Mary) of Madera, CA, Doris (Jon) of Richmond, CA and Don (Marina) of Danville, CA; his sister Carmen Flores of Madera, CA; his caregivers, Yolanda, Dawn, Sarah, Michelle, Candace, Jamie, Donovan and Maria; and also Marissa Lopez. He is also survived by his many Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren, and Great-Great Grandchildren.
