Afton Eileen Scroggins Obituary

Afton Eileen Scroggins passed away on Saturday, December 12, 2015 at the age of 76. Eileen was born in San Jose to Josiah and Mary Rudy and a resident of Madera for the past 14 years. She married Elvis Wayne Scroggins on May 8, 1959 and together they had one son, Steven Wayne Scroggins and one daughter, Cheryl L. Scroggins.

She was a homemaker. Eileen was a member to The Church Of Jesus Christ Of Latter-day Saints in Madera, she worked in the Church Library as the Librarian. Eileen was always cooking for church activities. She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Wayne Scroggins of Madera, her son Stephen Scroggins of Arkansas, her daughter, Cheryl Scroggins of Madera, her brother, Fred Rudy of Boise, ID and her sister, Nona Cox of Orville, CA.

Eileen also leaves behind three grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Funeral Service will be held on: Thursday, December 17, 2015, 11:00 A.M. at The Church Of Jesus Christ Of Latter-day Saints, Madera, CA
