He was predeceased by: his parents, Crosby Cyril Guith and Carol Keim of Virginia; his son Jesse; and his parents-in-law, Manuel and Barbara.
He is survived by: his sister Betty Jean; his wife Melani; his children, Kelly Walters, Kristin Long (Tony), Shannon Brown (Aaron), Bradley Guith (Jennifer), Terra Wade (Steven), Lindsey Fulgham and Tyler Guith (Sarah); and his sisters, Carolyn Gill (Don) and Betty Knights (Evord).
