Though Luis may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Mercedes Sandoval; and his children, Rocio Sandoval, Alfonso Sandoval, Jose Luis Sandoval, Carlos Sandoval, Veronica Sandoval and Julio Cesar Sandoval. He was also cherished by 11 great-grandchildren.
