He was predeceased by: his mother Izola Hall; and his siblings, Luther, Lee and Beatrice. He is survived by: his wife Della Grace Moore; his children, Bill Jr., Wayne, Sylvia, Mary and Rose; and his sister-in-law Ella Evelyn. He is also survived by 8 Grandchildren & 17 Great Grandchildren.
