It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Alan Everett Strunk of Los Osos, California, born in Astoria, Oregon, who passed away on November 28, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ella Jo Strunk (Taverner) and Joe Ross Strunk; and his sisters, Pam and Marcella. He is survived by: his wife Myra (Bollinger); his daughter Erin Dal Porto (Strunk); his granddaughter Ella Dal Porto; his brother Joe Strunk; his sister-in-law Debra Strunk; his nephew David Strunk; his niece Joanna Iund (Strunk); his great-niece Eloise; and his great-nephew Teddy.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 1:00 PM at 1945 Solano St, Los Osos, CA 93402. Al also published a collection of Facebook posts and comments in Quarantine Quickies: Pandemic in Paradise.
