We are sad to announce that on December 24, 2023, at the age of 87, Med Daugherty of Los Gatos, California passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Med Louis and Emma (Vennie); and his daughter Cynthia Daugherty Caesar. He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Johnson; his sisters, Rose Harris, Claudette Williams and B. Diane Hawkins (William); and his children, Ty Cross, Med Louis Daugherty III (Debra), Maurice Daugherty (Analiza), Nicole Daugherty Duran (Joe), Quinston Daugherty (Regina) and Crystal Kirkland (Howard). He is also survived by 23 grandchildren and great grandchildren, and his musical family.
