She is survived by: her husband Robert Lay; her daughter Karen; her son-in-law Kevin Tomkins; her granddaughter Shannon (Mark Baker); her great grandchild Gage Baker; her brother Don Workman; and her nieces and nephews, Donnie Workman, Holly Workman Fields, Sherry Workman and Anna Mae.
