“To the family and loved ones, I started with Scott at the SC Transit District and we were in the same class. Scott was a very funny guy and when we hung out he could always make me laugh. I will miss his wonderful laugh and sense of humor. Scott and I kept in contact over the years and when I moved to Los Banos we planned to get together but our schedules didn't permit it, unfortunately. I'm so saddened to hear of his passing. My prayers and condolences go out to his loved ones. Soretta Chatman”
