She was predeceased by: her parents, Jeff Wiley and Martha Lou Ella Wiley; her brother James Wiley (JB); and her son-in-law Rodney Hammack. She is survived by: her sisters, Faye Stebens, Katie Havens (Roger) and Mary Hammack (Roger); her daughters, Ann Hammack and Lisa Carmo (Larry); and also Alan Jones (Dawn). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
In Lieu of flowers her family requests donations to the local Kops for Kids sponsored by PAL, a program that was very dear to her heart and that she donated generously too for many years.
