He is survived by: his children, Joe Garcia (Connie) of Los Banos, Mark Garcia (Martha) of Los Banos and Melissa Garcia-Perry (Norman) of Los Banos; and his grandchildren, Mark Anthony, Matthew and Miranda Garcia. He is also survived by three sisters, one brother and countless nieces and nephews.
