He is survived by: his wife Pamela Kaye Smith (Kaye); his sons, Doyle Jr. (Cindy) and Eric; his granddaughter Rebecca (Monty Bates); his great grandchildren, Emelia, Malcom Dean Perry and Nolita Castro; his siblings, Patsy Davis and Ken (Debbie Perry); his aunts, Loretta Burkey, Sybile Darnell and Marie VonAllman; and his uncle Harold Batey.
