She was predeceased by: her parents, Seibei Tanabe and Mito Tanabe; her husband Sam Hashiba; and her son Neil Hashiba. She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Mary Hashiba; and her children, Ben Hashiba (Joy Nakamura) and Joy Sekimura (Gerald). She is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
