She is survived by: her husband Andrew Spitz; her children, Ryan and Julia Spitz; her father Dan Bochner; her brother Dean Bochner (April Armstrong); her aunt Muriel; her uncle Jeffrey Waterman; and her cousins, Jeremie, Rachel Waterman, Adam, Cindy Waterman, Benjamin, Ashley Waterman, Gabriel Waterman and Rachel Shames.
In lieu of flowers, the Spitz family respectfully requests that contributions in Michelle's memory be made to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.
