He is survived by: his parents, David B. Freeman (Pamela) of Midland, Texas and Katherine Geeslin (Morris) of Athens; his sisters, Malia James of Los Angeles and Jade Ogden of Midland, Texas; his children, Sidney, Sarah, Cosmos and Cosima; his grandmother Earleen Pine of Midland; and his cousins, Jaclyn Morris, Brandon Morris, Tracie Morris Elam, Debra Morris Harmon, Carolyn Morris Rylander Sutton, Robert Troup, James Troup, Teresa Troup Johnson, Juanita Smith, Teresa Smith Sumrall, Perry Smith Jr., Ronnie Smith, Danny Flowers, Lou Ellen Flowers Berry, Patricia Flowers Scott, Shannon Traxson, William G. Whittenberg, Jr., Marion Whittenberg McLendon, Michele Richardson, Brian Richardson, Aimee Barlow and Ira Freeman. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, other family and close friends.
