He is survived by: his wife Dora Cobar Lyons; his children, Wayne G. Lyons, David Lyons Sr. and Jeanine Lyons Glenn (Clarence); his brothers, Oren R. Lyons Jr. and Kingsley Lyons Sr. Highlighted; and his grandson David Lyons Jr. Lyle. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, several nephews and nieces.
