He was predeceased by: his cousin Jerry "Dinko" Mavar. He is survived by: his wife Betty; his sons, Eddy, Neven and Jack; his daughters-in-law, Kathleen and Dana; his grandchildren, Dylan, Sophia, Anne Marie and Daniella; his great grandchild Immanuel Zion; his sister Gojmira Stipanic (Dejan); his sisters-in-law, Senia Bozanic and Olga Spralja; his nephew Robert; his niece Anna; his children, George, Victor, Diana and Ivan; his cousin Dr. Milovoj Bozin (Barbara); and also, Sime, Davor Bozin (Maria), Branko Spralja (Elaine), Milo, Irma Zuvich and Joyce Mavar.
In lieu of flowers, Gojko requested donations be made to the Dalmatian American Club for the Gojko Spralja scholarship fund.
