She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Sessions and Theatus Doggett Sessions; and her sister Marsha Teague (Richard Teague). She is survived by: her husband Bobby Roe of Pawnee; her children, Steven R. Roe (Dephonie), Byron C. Roe and Monette Hunter (Dwayne) of Stillwater; her grandchildren, Alexander Roe, Aaron Roe, Anice Kelleher (Adam) and Ashlin Hunter; and her brothers, John Sessions (Kaye) and Jerry Sessions (Wanda). She is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews; and a host of Brothers and Sisters in her spiritual family.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the Strode Funeral Home, Inc. (610 S Duncan St, Stillwater, OK 74074). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (701 S Duncan St, Stillwater, OK 74074). A burial was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at the Sunset Memorial Gardens (6500 S Perkins Rd, Stillwater, OK 74074).
