He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Tinkle and Felexa Tinkle. He is survived by: his daughter Jilian Bar (Jonathan); his granddaughter Maya Bar; his sister Elaine Lutzker (Jeffrey) of Saratoga Springs; his niece Ashley Lutzker of Brooklyn; and his former wife Janet Tinkle of Los Angeles, California..
Memorial contributions can be made in his honor to Shalom School Sacramento, Temple Israel of Hollywood, or Congregation Beth Emeth (Albany, New York), 100 Academy Road Albany, NY 12208 three organizations which have been formative and deeply meaningful to his faith.
