She was predeceased by: her husband Roy Usui. She is survived by: her children, Janice Usui Kanechika (Ricky Kanechika) and Alan Usui; her grandchildren, Elijah, Micah and Hannah Usui; her brother Jim Usui (Nancy); and her sisters-in-law, Susie Usui and Terry Nakawatase. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
