With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Walter L. Scholey of Los Altos, California, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on January 21, 2022 at the age of 96. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Walter L. Scholey to pay them a last tribute.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Ann (Timothy), Leland, Nancy (Peter) and Rosalind (Kevin); his parents, Everett T. Scholey and Lydia Scholey; his pet Laddie; and his wife Georgia (Charlene). He was also cherished by seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Two volunteer positions of which he was most proud were President of Los Altos Country Club (1978) and his service to the Los Altos Chapter of the Rotary Foundation.
