She was predeceased by: her parents, Kameki Shimazaki and Natsu Shimazaki; her brothers, Frank, George and Jimmy Shimazaki; and her siblings-in-law, Jeanne Shimazaki, Jean Shimazaki, Frances Tanaka, Rose Nakamura, James and Fred Tanaka.

She is survived by: her husband Jack; her children, Darryl (Debbie), Wesley (Erin), Brenton and Jill; her granddaughter Kayci Dortch (James); her siblings, Florence Kubota, Janice Nishioka and Roy Shimazaki (Tina); and her sister-in-law Joyce Tanaka. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers and koden the family respectfully requests donations be made to your favorite charity.
