He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ferreira (Michon); his children, Susan Ferreira of San Francisco, Karen Sordillo (Ferreira) of Rocklin and Joseph K. Ferreira of Meadow Vista; his grandchildren, Chelsea Sherman of Sacramento, Canon and Gabriel Marin of Granite Bay; his great grandchild Stevie Sherman of Roseville; his nephews, Daniel and Richard; and his niece Connie Cornelius (Ferreira).
