We are sad to announce that on November 1, 2023, David Anthony Duarte of Loomis, California passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his son Steven Brannon; his father Frank Anthony Duarte; and his brother Edward Duarte. He is survived by: his daughters, Roxanne Duarte-Davis (Carl), Julie Duarte, Careen Duarte, Marcey Duarte and Kimberly Vogelsang; his siblings, Richard Duarte (Sue), Frank Duarte (Terry) and Linda; his grandchildren, Shelby Campbell, Samantha Davis, Korey Davis, Nigel Brannon, Marcel Vogelsang, Noah Vogelsang, Kristopher Dakin and Geneva Green; and his great grandchildren, Evalynn Dakin, Paisley Dakin, Grayson Davis, Liam Davis and Levi Davis.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Seniors First (530-492-5409) and/or Vitas Hospice (2710 Gateway Oaks).

“My condolences to the Duarte family for the loss of Dave. He was a wonderful person that I had the pleasure to meet several times between the years 2000 to 2021. The last time I met him was at the Carl Cranke ceremony in Washington state. His failing eyesight and other health challenges did not prevent him from attending. He was in good spirits and never complained. Alway upbeat and positive. I will miss him. Alan Buehner, Cleveland OH”
