He was predeceased by: his wife Deanna Patterson Thacker; his father Samual A. Thacker; and his brother Sammy Jr.. He is survived by: his daughters, Carrie and Julie; his son-in-law Mickey Jr; and his grandsons, Conlen, Xander and Truitt.
