He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Millsap and Christine Millsap; and his siblings, Renata Sanderfer, Walter and Dwight Millsap.
He is survived by: his children, Amy Howard (Millsap), David Millsap of North Carolina and Sierra Stiles-Stothers of Oregon; his grandchildren, Zoe, Thomas, Lauryn, Danielle and Elizabeth; and his sisters, Carolyn Morley, Rosemarie Leonard and Barbara Krambule (Bobbie).
