She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Thomas McDow and Jewell C. Ricks-McDow; her brother George R. McDow; her husband Mack Arthur Lowe; her children, Jason Rashad Andrews (Kylaunee) of Phoenix, Arizona, Jeremy Ryan Lowe, Jasmine Raquel Lowe of Rancho Cucamonga, California, Anthony Lowe (Laila) of Los Angeles, California and Audra Lowe of Dallas, Texas; and her siblings, Beverly G. McDow (Kathy J. McDow), Keith D. McDow (Terrence W. McDow), Gayle E. McDow (Rosilyn) of San Bernardino, California and Thomas M. McDow (Jeanetta) of Palmdale, California.. She was also cherished by eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
