She was predeceased by: her parent Patricia Ann Clark. She is survived by: her aunts, Jaqueline Herbertson (David) and Judith Clark (David Bloom); and her cousins, Lisa Miller (Rex Bartholomew), Tyrus Herbertson (Jennifer) and Jamie Harrison (Steve).
After moving to Tucson, AZ in 2018, Tish spent the remainder of her life in an Alzheimer's care center.
