He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Bartley and Elsie Bartley; and his wife Margaret Bartley (Sheridan). He is survived by: his children, Susan and Kevin; and his sister Peggy Johnson of Salem, Oregon.. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
