He is survived by: his wife Betty Lou Motsinger (Baillie); his sister Rita King; and his children, John Motsinger, Jim Motsinger, Drew Motsinger, Lizbeth Fletcher, Boy Scouts of America Leader, Committee Chairman and Chamber of Commerce Chairman. He is also survived by 7 granddaughters and 9 great-grandchildren.
