He is survived by : his daughter Dr. Jacquelyn "Jacqui" D. Elliott; his son-in-law Ruben Moreno; his grandchildren, Kristin M. Waddle and Lukas Moreno; his stepsister Wendy Warren; his stepson Nicklaus Taylor (Taylor Taylor); his former life partner Scarlett Taylor Brown; and his close friends, Gloria Wilson, Victoria Viviani, Christina Green, Vince Scherrer and Pete Taylor.
