He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Sullivan (Judy) and Dortha Sullivan. He is survived by: his siblings, Cherie and Butch; his wife Ann; his children, Brad Sullivan (Andrea), Teri Cooper (Scott) and Tina Williams; and his stepdaughter Tina Thomas (Leonard). He is also survived by six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
