He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Dow Witt and Irene Witt (Binkley); his wife Phyllis Clare (Fellows); his children, Jonathan Andrew of Bethlehem, PA., Greg Douglas of Bethlehem, PA., William Dow of Brixham, Jeffrey Gage (Sarah) of Raleigh, NC, Elizabeth Irene Budd (Tim) of Ellesmere Port, Christina Anne Cox (Tony) of Coeur, Alene and Heather Samantha Clare (Nathan Greicius) of Orlando, FL.; his grandchildren, Nissa Davies (Iain) of Silver Spring, MD, Will of Raleigh, NC, Emma of Bethlehem, PA, Colin of Pittsburgh, PA, Owen, Isaac, Sam, Austin Budd of Ellesmere Port, Zoe and Turner Cox of Coeur; and his great grandchildren, Jace William, Dollisiana Rainn Witt of Bethlehem, PA and Jake Michael Budd of Ellesmere Port, England..
