He is survived by: his sister Patricia Ann; his mother-in-law Tricia; his wife Tricia; his children, Dennis McKay (Amy) and Alison Osweiler (Nick); his grandchildren, Colin, Paige, Abigail, Violet and Adelyn; his brothers, Thomas McKay and Patrick McKay (Betty); his siblings-in-law, Dennis Applegate and Carol Applegate; his parents-in-law, Wayne and Cecelia Applegate; his sister Iris Smothers; his brother-in-law Mike Applegate; and his nephew Mike Smothers. He is also survived by many nephews & Nieces, extended family and life-long friends.
