She was predeceased by: her parents, Nick Ortega and Beatrice Leon Ortega. She is survived by: her husband Daniel John Operchuck; her children, Nica Operchuck Rumion and Brandon Operchuck; her granddaughter Liliana Rumion; and her brothers, Rocky Ortega (Rita Ortega) and Nick Ortega (Janene). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
