She is survived by: her children, Martin Lewis Brown (Jane Smerson-Brown) and Sharon Lynn Burgess; her siblings, Harry Thickett, Opal Martin and Grace Martin; and her grandchildren, Melissa Hall (Joshua Hall), Casey Burgess, Kyle Emerson-Brown, Blair Emerson-Brown and Taylor Emerson-Brown.
