She was predeceased by: her parents, Anna-Mae Dillard Moyers and Ernest Richard Moyers. She is survived by: her husband John Kuster of Tool; her sons, Christopher Cody Phillips and Daniel Shane Phillips (Tammy); her sister Thomas Moyers; her grandchildren, Morgan Phillips, Alodie Phillips and Baire Phillips; and also, Richard Moyers, Carmen Wood and Michael Moyers.
