He is survived by: his brother-in-law Cliff Howard; his wife Donna; his sons, Charles Wayne of Parker, KS and Daniel Warren Ringey (Chelsey Loya) of Long Beach, CA.; his stepchildren, Angela Bustamante (Joe Williams) of Nevada, John Bustamante (Gina) of California and Amber Bustamante of California; his brothers-in-law, Jay Kimes of Parker, KS and Roger Fidero (Sandy) of California; his grandchildren, Angel, Chad, Jade, Jacob, Giovanni, Giahnna, Jesse, Daniel and Zach; and his nieces and nephews, Clifford Howard (Amy), Eric Kimes (Stacy), Andrea Kimes, Treasa Weidauer (Jeff) and Nathan Howard (Janna).
