It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carmen T. Ortiz (Long Beach, California), who passed away on December 20, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her children, Magda Vargas, Carlos Vargas, Angel Vargas, Yvonne Utu and Wanda Moran; her siblings, Tito, Anita, Tony, Quely, Maria, Edith, Lucy, Francisco and Juan Jr.; and her grandchildren, Christopher Payne, Angel, Magda Isabel, Jesus Robles, Nicolas Nakiso, Sandra, Joseph Rodriguez, Carlos II, Ciara, Jeremey, Felix, Anthony Vargas, Antonio, Isaiah, Ariana, Moises Moran, Sonny and Malerie. She is also survived by Grandma, Sister, Titi is cherished by her children, grandchildren.
