He was predeceased by: his parents, John Bourette and Nickie Bourette (Griffin); and his grandmothers, Janet Bourette and Louie Griffin. He is survived by: his wife Kelly Ann Leonard; his half-sister Ashlee Miller; his parents-in-law, Chris and Maureen Maffucci (Leonard); and his niece Rebecca Maffucci. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins.
