It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Berniece Duke (Long Beach, California), who passed away on April 8, 2019, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ervin Carl and Cora Laura Ift Blank; her daughter Sue Biederer; and her sisters, Helen Oldham and Esther Craft.
She is survived by: her husband William J. Duke; her son Gary Duke PhD; her grandsons, Brian Duke (Diana) of Poway and Eric Duke (Kristy) of Pasadena; and her great grandchildren, Micah and Kaitlyn Duke. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
