It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Albert LeRoy Schott of Long Beach, California, who passed away on September 1, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Schott and Anna Schott (Meyer); his grandson Dustin Naibauer; and his son-in-law Al Chittenden. He is survived by: his granddaughter Shari; his family Mary; his wife Mary Mayfield of John's Lutheran Church; his children, Jane Chittenden of Kersey, Ken Schott (Diane) of Greeley and Shari Naibauer (Duane) of Kersey; his brother Bill Schott (Agnes) of Kersey; and also, Mable and Margie. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild.
Memorial gifts may be made to the St. John's United Church of Christ or Honor Flight Northern Colorado in the care of Adamson's Life Celebration Home.
