He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Skinner and Ruby Skinner. He is survived by: his wife Winona; his siblings, Patricia Boyer of Lone Pine, CA, Gene Skinner of Reno, NV and Susan (Les Shelton) of Sacramento, CA.; his daughters, Joni Stewart of Shelbyville, IN, Jan Mullen of Fort Klamath, OR and Inger (Bill Drake) of Eloy, AZ; his grandchildren, Blair (Tryg VonBrandt), Paul (Chelsi Stewart), Austin Drake and Kendell Drake; and also Winky.

In lieu of flowers, please send donations to The Southern Inyo Hospital.
