She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph "Sid" Barnacastle; her children, Lisa Caouette and Benjamin Barnacastle; and her parents, Benjamin Claussen and Ida Claussen.
She is survived by: her children, Julie Thompson (Reese), Angela Ballard (EJ), Mary Danielson and Joseph Barnacastle Jr.; her great grandchildren, Ashley Beattie, Jessica Townsend, Jennifer Townsend, Brenton Caouette, Kayla Thompson, Aria Gonzalez and Everett Valdes; her brother James Claussen (Mitzi); and her cousin Kay Casey.
Donations in her name can be made to the Comprehensive Care Center or La Purisima Catholic Church.
