She was predeceased by: her husband George Anton Kozumplik; her daughter Dora Jean Kozumplik; her great grandchild Natalie McMahan; and her brother Terry Dodson. She is survived by: her children, Bonnie Burlock-Parkison of Roseville, Mary Heather Leonard of Lompoc and George Anton "Tony" Kozumplik of Lompoc, California.; her grandchildren, Nicole Siminski, Sarah Wise, Kristina Jimenez, Cory McMahan, Ashley Biven, Hailey Biven, Anthony Kozumplik, Isaiah Kozumplik, Travis Gil, Carson Kozumplik, Daniel Kozumplik and Grammie; and her siblings, Bonnie Gammon and Sterling Preston.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to the Lompoc Animal Shelter.
