He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Fleming and Myrtle Coleen Fleming; and his brother Ronnie Earl Fleming. He is survived by: his son Zachery Drake Mangione of San Diego; his daughter-in-law Amanda; his granddaughters, Skylee, Roxy and Ivey; his siblings, Sharon Buckley of Missouri, Shelia Leach of Santa Maria, Mike Fleming of Lompoc and Jeff Fleming; and his nephew Shaun Martinez of Lompoc. He is also survived by numerous other nephews and nieces.
