In the vast expanse of eternity, Kurt Stephen shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Kurt Stephen farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parent Roderic Wm. He is survived by: his mother Barbara Pettijohn Schmidt; his wife Julie Schmidt; his children, Zachary (Jason), Conner (Brittani) and Elizabeth (Jesse); his brother Daniel (Kim); and his pet Indie. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews and nieces.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Lompoc Elks Lodge (905 E Ocean Ave, Lompoc, CA 93436).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in his name made to Cancer Research, the CAHP Widow's & Orphans Fund, or the Animal Shelter.
